Description
This 1U 192-fiber angled MTP patch panel (Item #: MTPHDA-192LCSL-1U) is a purpose-built, ultra-high-density solution for modern data centers, colocation facilities and telco POPs. The angled front profile reduces front-to-front clearance and improves cable routing while packing a very high port count into a standard 1U chassis. The panel is available fully loaded for plug-and-play deployment or as an empty chassis to accept customer-preferred cassettes or MTP modules. The robust 1.2 mm powder-coated steel construction and tool-free assembly make it suitable for repeated service cycles and OEM deployments.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Q: How is 192 fibers achieved in 1U — what connector arrangement is used?
A: Typical fully loaded configurations use high-density MTP modules or cassettes (for example, 16 × 12-fiber MTP ports or equivalent cassette arrangements). Exact layout depends on the chosen cassette/module density — confirm during ordering.
Q: Can I order the panel empty and populate it later?
A: Yes. We can supply the empty chassis or fully loaded units. Many customers choose empty chassis when they want to use site-specific cassettes.
Q: What fiber types are available?
A: Standard supply is OS2 single-mode (9/125 µm). Multimode options (OM1/OM3/OM4) can be provided per project requirements.
Q: Do you provide pre-test reports with deliveries?
A: Yes — for OEM orders we can provide factory test documentation (insertion loss, return loss spot checks, continuity) as part of the pack. Full per-link test reports are available upon request.
Q: Will customization change MOQ or lead time?
A: Custom silk-screening, packaging, or unusual cassette layouts can affect MOQ and lead time. We will quote exact terms when you confirm customization requirements.
