Description

The 100G QSFP28 LR1 Single Lambda 20KM LC optical transceiver is a high-performance, long-reach module designed for data center interconnects (DCI), 5G transport networks, and enterprise backbone networks. Utilizing a single-lambda architecture compliant with IEEE 802.3cu, this module simplifies network deployment by reducing fiber count compared to LR4 solutions while providing reliable 20km transmission over standard single-mode fiber (SMF).

This hot-swappable QSFP28 module integrates an EML laser transmitter with a PIN photodiode receiver, delivering 100Gbps aggregate bandwidth via 4×25.78Gb/s channels with NRZ electrical signaling. It supports KP4 FEC inside the module to ensure error-free transmission over extended distances. Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) enables real-time tracking of critical parameters such as Tx/Rx power, bias current, and temperature, ensuring stable network performance and proactive management.

Powered by a single +3.3V supply, this transceiver operates efficiently in commercial (0–70°C) and industrial (-30–85°C) environments.
