Overview
At the end of 2015, a local telecom equipment retailer from Croatia reached out to us through our website’s inquiry form. The client had learned of an upcoming government bidding project aimed at upgrading network systems for all public schools within a regional district of approximately 400 square kilometers.
Although technically capable, the client lacked large-scale project experience and sufficient financial resources. Having previously distributed some of our products, he decided to contact us—hoping we could help him compete in this new opportunity. What followed was the beginning of a long-term partnership built on trust, technical collaboration, and shared growth.
Challenges

Sample Verification: We supplied physical samples for on-site testing and environmental verification to ensure compliance with the tender’s technical requirements.
Cost Optimization: Based on local climate and outdoor conditions, we designed a high-performance yet cost-effective fiber optic solution that balanced durability and budget constraints.
Flexible Payment Terms: To help relieve financial pressure, we offered a low down payment with installment-based final payments, enabling the client to proceed confidently.
Results
With our full technical and logistical support, the client won the fiber optic mainline subproject of the government’s school network upgrade. Our factory prioritized production and completed shipment ahead of schedule, allowing the project to finish 45 days earlier than planned.
Following this success, the client went on to secure several additional regional upgrade contracts over the next two years—transforming from a small telecom retailer into a recognized telecom service provider across Eastern Europe.
