Description
The 400G OSFP-RHS LR4 Optical Transceiver is a high-performance 400Gbps optical module designed for long-distance Ethernet transmission over single-mode fiber. Based on the LR4 architecture, it converts four 106.25Gb/s PAM4 electrical channels into four CWDM optical wavelengths using EML laser technology, supporting transmission distances of up to 10km over G.652 SMF. The Duplex LC optical interface enables straightforward integration with existing single-mode fiber infrastructure, while the OSFP-RHS form factor provides high-density connectivity for next-generation networking platforms. Supporting OSFP MSA and CMIS management, the module features hot-pluggable operation, integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), and power consumption below 10W.
